Start with one conversation. See the whole journey.
These practical guides help business, service and technical teams discuss customer moments, human boundaries and integration conditions in the same language.

When mapping a journey, write what the customer is doing first.
“Send a welcome message” is not a customer journey. “A customer asks if delivery to China is available” is a moment a team can understand.
What belongs in discovery?
Record the entry point, initial intent and available permission. A touchpoint does not automatically grant consent for every future communication.
How does a question become service?
Define when exploration turns into delivery, then relate an order, appointment or course reference to the conversation.
Why is return not a broadcast?
Follow-up should reflect completed service, customer preference and a reasonable moment—not undifferentiated frequency.
Guide 02
Human handoff is not failure. It is a designed capability.
Automation is most useful when it recognizes when to stop and transfers the reason, history and customer goal to the right person.
- 1Set explicit triggersEscalate complex intent, sensitive issues, repeated failure or a direct request for a person.
- 2Carry necessary contextKeep the entry source, questions asked, business references and actions already taken.
- 3Define the return pathAfter a person completes the work, let a clear event advance the journey instead of restoring every automation.
Guide 03
Fallback supports continuity. It does not bypass rules.
Define the primary Weixin / WeChat journey first, then decide whether a critical service moment needs RCS, WhatsApp or SMS support. Every path remains subject to eligibility, permission and content rules.
Bring journey stages, human-handoff conditions, channel eligibility and business events into one brief for a focused integration discussion.
Turn learning into scope
Turn the guide into your own journey brief.
Organize customer moments, service stages, channel mix and connected systems so the solution starts with a clear scope.
